Red Wolf, in conjunction with Bosch Security New Zealand has been working on a security management solution for Wellington City Council.

At the end of 2007 Wellington City Council, as part of their facilities management tender process, were looking at ways to future proof their CCTV technology. Red Wolf integrated across multiple platforms new technology while utilising as much of the existing equipment as possible.

The solution for stage one is the replacement of the current system over nearly 30 sites, with a total of 35 DiBos Digital Video Recorders, all connecting back to multiple BVMS workstations in one primary location, with three secondary locations providing 24/7 coverage.

Stage two will consist of the implementation of the BIS (Building Integration System) to control and provide the communication path between the CCTV solution, Cardax access control and intrusion infrastructure. This will provide one central management platform for all security infrastructures, increasing productivity.

Red Wolf in partnership with the team from Bosch have provided a high level of design, security system infrastructure knowledge, and skills to implement a high level security solution.
